Note: All students in the program must follow all school and playground safety rules, and follow the Supervisor workers directions. Failure to do so after sufficient warnings, could lead to suspension and or exclusion from the program.
Afterschool Program
beyond the bell
The Beyond The Bell after-school program offers academic assistance, enrichment activities and recreational activities in a safe, supervised environment from the time of dismissal from school until 6:00 p.m. each school day. A free of charge supper meal will also be provided to each student who would like one.
The program is offered to all students at Taper and is a permissive program, so parents must apply. Students are required to check-in with the Yard Supervisor and parents must sign their child out on pick-up for safety reasons. Parents are asked to park outside the school parking lot and to walk up to the gate to pick up their child.
Spaces are limited and are considered on a first come first serve bases. Parents can pick-up/apply/return applications at our school's main office for approval.
